RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns & Refunds Policy
Our return policy allows returns within 10 days from the date of purchase. If more than 10 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the packaging they arrived in.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Partial Refunds
In certain cases, partial refunds may be provided. These include:
Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts due to reasons beyond our control.
Items returned more than 10 days after delivery.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Delays or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, please follow these steps:

Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to be posted.
Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@wildindustries.co.uk, and we will provide the return address.
Gift Returns
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the return is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift-giver, the refund will be sent to the gift-giver, who will be informed of the return.

Please note that customers are responsible for the shipping costs for returns, which are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the original return shipping cost will be deducted.
The delivery time for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.
For items valued over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
